Rafting

River Rafting means descending the rivers by inflatable rubber boat and bouncing through the rapids. River journeys in Nepal are a unique experience. First time white-water rafters and experienced kayakers find traveling in Nepal by river offers spectacular views and interaction with centuries-old cultures. Bheri, Trisuli, Lower Kaligandaki, Seti and upper Sunkosi offer its suitable adventures for the novice paddlers, so we runs flat river rafting trips for VIPs, on these rivers which do not requires any previous experience, just it is necessary that you have a sound level of fitness in order to complete the three to six hours paddling a day. As with trekking we recommend one or two hours of aerobic type exercise, four to five times a week for three months before your departure from home. Wild Karnali, Tamur, Arun, Bhote kosi and Marsyangdi these rivers offer one of the best ultimate thrilling and exhilarating rafting for the experience rafters alike and which demands lot of exercise
